All items will ship at our discretion utilizing FedEx Ground Service or United States Postal Service within the Continental USA. If you are outside the Continental USA, the listed shipping costs if any will never apply and it is kindly requested that you send an e-mail request for shipping methods and amounts for your actual shipping cost. If more than one item is ordered, shipping will be combined if possible. 

Please send an e-mail with your ZIP / Postal Code and the freight cost will be calculated. 

ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Purchases will always ship to your Paypal certified address. By requesting an alternate delivery address the cost of delivery confirmation will be added to your purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Within the continental U.S., the standard shipping method is FedEx Ground (1 to 5 business days).  If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. protectorate, the standard method of shipping is FedEx Economy or US parcel post economy rate (4 to 6 weeks delivery time). USPS Airmail Parcel Post with 4 to 10 days delivery is available at an additional cost. 

If you have an APO/FPO address your order will ship via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the international customers, you may choose to ship using FedEx or USPS. It is important to take into consideration the fact that each shipping provider takes a different amount of time to reach the desired destination. When choosing USPS be advised that tracking numbers are not applicable, so once your item ships, it is unable to be tracked. Note that I reserve the right to require a specific shipping provider and service for orders based upon the destination address and/or the value of the products purchased.

CUSTOMS
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The charges from Net Auto Parts include only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and shipper brokerage fees MUST be taken care of by you (Canadian buyers MUST pay the broker fee in advance.).  Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All packages are marked as merchandise (not gifts) with the actual purchase price as the customs value to fall in line with customs practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Communication

Prompt communication is expected from buyers. If you are unable to pay for an item within 24 hours after your purchase, PLEASE CONTACT ME to make alternate arrangements. I am very flexible but I have buyers who wait up to a week to respond to my emails. Others never respond at all. I typically file a non-paying bidder claim with eBay and may re-list the item after 7 days have passed with no response from the buyer. If you are going out of town or will otherwise be unable to respond to my communication after your purchase, then please do not purchase.
